Our buses have baggage holds large enough to take your luggage and let you travel safely to your final destination. To this end, every passenger may carry the following luggage free of charge: One piece of hand baggage (max. weight 8 kg): for safety reasons, your hand baggage must be properly stowed in the compartment above your seat so as not to obstruct the aisle or the emergency exits.

NB: If possible, for added security, write your name and address on your hand baggage, because TOURISTIQUE EXPRESS SA is not responsible for unlabelled baggage, or for laptops and tablets damaged in our holds; take them with you on the bus.

 One piece of hold baggage (max. weight 25 kg): make sure all your hold baggage is labelled, checked in and loaded into the holds by our excellent and friendly baggage handlers, who are at your disposal at least 30 minutes before boarding.

 Additional and special baggage: as this baggage cannot fit in our holds, we recommend that you have it handled by our partner TOURISTIQUE COLIS ET COURRIER EXPRESS (TCCE), for a fee depending on the destination and the volume of the baggage.

Baggage or items left on the bus: after a peaceful and pleasant journey in our comfortable buses, you may have forgotten an item or a bag! Don’t worry! Go to one of the terminal managers on site or, alternatively, fill in the form below online, giving the ticket code. We will reply by e-mail as soon as your item or baggage has been found; if we find nothing, you will receive an e-mail from us within 15 days.
